I am Ilana Adi, an osteopath D.O., specializing in supporting women, pregnant women, postpartum mothers and babies. I have always been curious and fascinated by the way the human body works and its amazing ability to adapt, regulate itself and return to balance. It is this holistic view of the body that naturally led me to the world of osteopathy. Throughout my professional journey, I have chosen to focus especially on the periods of pregnancy, after birth and the first stages of a baby's life: periods characterized by significant physical and emotional changes. During treatment, I make sure to dedicate time to listening, getting to know the personal story of each patient and observing the body as a whole. My goal is not only to treat the symptom, but to understand the source of the difficulty and identify the tensions, imbalances and various adjustments that may be related to it. I accompany women during pregnancy and after birth, as well as babies who are dealing with a variety of conditions such as feeding difficulties, body tension, reflux, gas, flattening of the head and torticollis or side preference. The treatment is always tailored to the age, needs and sensitivity of each patient and especially for babies with a gentle, attentive and respectful approach. My knowledge and professional experience have also expanded through various trainings in the areas of accompaniment during pregnancy and after birth, massage, lymphatic massage using the Renata França method, massage for pregnant women, baby yoga and infant massage. In this way, I can offer accompaniment that is based on a broad view of the body and combines treatment, prevention and well-being, before, during and after birth. I also engage in training and knowledge transfer, among other things through courses for preparing for birth and workshops dealing with the well-being and development of the baby. I believe that proper accompaniment begins first and foremost with listening, empathy and trust. Every body is unique, every pregnancy is different and every baby develops at its own pace. My role is to accompany you with sensitivity, professionalism and a personal approach, to help you better understand your body or your baby's body and go through these significant periods with more comfort, confidence and calm. Welcome to my world: a place where care meets listening, tenderness and professionalism.
