Think of it as a directory of verified practitioners combined with a booking calendar: every profile shows the specialty, the city, the languages spoken, the fees, patient reviews and real availability. Practitioners who see patients in their clinic, at home or by video say so on their profile.
The service is for everyone living in Israel, and it is especially useful to newcomers, English, French and Russian speakers: finding a doctor who speaks your language, understanding private fees and knowing what the kupat holim or your supplementary insurance may reimburse. Yes. Before a bookable profile goes live, the practitioner's identity and professional details are checked, and for professions regulated in Israel (physicians, dentists, physiotherapists, psychologists, dietitians and others) registration with the Ministry of Health is verified. Unregulated professions such as osteopathy are flagged as such, with the training declared by the practitioner.

Yes. Practitioners on RofeBeClick work privately: you book directly, with no referral letter (hafnaya) and no health fund waiting list. Depending on your fund (Clalit, Maccabi, Meuhedet, Leumit) and your supplementary insurance, part of a private specialist consultation may be reimbursed against an invoice. Check the conditions before the visit and keep the receipt.
Yes. No health fund card is needed to book, which makes it a simple option for tourists, students, visitors and olim waiting for their registration. You pay the practitioner directly; travel and expatriate insurance plans often reimburse on presentation of the invoice.
Many practitioners offer, in addition to their clinic, home visits (doctor, pediatrician, physiotherapist, nurse) or video consultations (psychologist, psychiatrist, nutritionist, medical follow-up). The consultation mode is shown on each profile and the search can filter for home visits.
Only a patient whose appointment actually took place through RofeBeClick can leave a review, after the consultation. A practitioner can neither write nor delete a review. The rating on a profile is the average of these verified reviews.
From the link in your confirmation email or from your patient area, you can cancel or pick another slot online at any time. The practitioner is notified automatically. Giving notice frees the slot for another patient. Some practitioners ask for a card hold at booking, with cancellation conditions shown before you confirm.
