Accessibility statement

RofeBeClick wants every person, with or without a disability, to be able to find a practitioner and book an appointment independently, comfortably and confidently. We make the site accessible in line with Israeli Standard IS 5568, which is based on WCAG 2.0 Level AA, and with the Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities Regulations (Service Accessibility Adjustments), 2013. Accessibility is checked continuously and taken into account in every change to the site.

The site is partially conformant with IS 5568 (WCAG 2.0 Level AA): most requirements are met, and the known gaps are listed in section 4. The latest check was carried out on 2026-09-24. This is exactly what was verified, and nothing more: - Automated testing (axe-core engine) of the core pages in all three languages, re-run on every code change - Calculated contrast ratios for every text colour on every background it appears on - Text enlargement up to 150% with no overflow and no loss of content - Verification of the Hebrew right-to-left site on desktop and mobile - Keyboard-only verification of the accessibility menu itself The check was carried out by the site's own technical team, not by an accredited accessibility expert.

Your choice is stored by your browser and carries over to the next pages - Keyboard navigation, with a "Skip to content" link at the top of every page and a visible focus outline - Page structure built for screen readers: heading hierarchy, an accessible name on every button and link, alternative text on images, and forms with associated labels - Right-to-left Hebrew, plus French and English, with correct language marking for screen readers - Colour contrast of at least 4.5:1 for body text - Support for phone screens and for text enlargement up to 150% without loss of content - The operating system's "reduce motion" setting is honoured - Live regions that announce search results, errors and confirmations to screen readers

Despite our efforts, some parts of the site may not be fully accessible: - Content published by practitioners themselves (profile text, clinic photos, galleries) is their own responsibility. We encourage them to provide accessible content, but cannot guarantee every item - Third-party components embedded in the site: Google Maps and the Cloudflare anti-bot check. Their accessibility is determined by their vendors - Medical documents uploaded by a practitioner or a patient (PDF, images) are not remediated - Blog articles published before the date at the top of this statement may contain images whose alternative text is incomplete - No testing has yet been carried out with a real screen reader (VoiceOver, NVDA), nor a full keyboard-only pass through the booking journey. Section 2 describes only what was actually verified - The signed-in areas (patient area, practitioner area, administration) have not yet been put through the automated scan; the accessibility menu works there Any limitation reported to us is addressed, and this list is updated accordingly.
