Its weekly market and its Arab cuisine made the name of Tira, a Triangle town hugging the Green Line and close to Kfar Saba, in the Central District. Set on a knoll in the middle of the plain, it is still surrounded by fields and olive groves farmed by both Arabs and Jews.
