Former member of the Israeli National Taekwondo Team, with an in-depth understanding of sports, physical demands, injuries, and rehabilitation. I take a personalized and holistic approach, combining an assessment of the underlying cause of the problem with hands-on treatment tailored to each patient’s individual needs and goals — with the aim of reducing pain, improving movement and function, and helping the body return to balance.
